WHAT IS BEEJ MANTRA

A “beej mantra” or “seed mantra” is a one-syllable or short sound or word that is used in various forms of meditation, particularly in Hinduism and Buddhism. Hrim (or Hreem): This mantra is associated with the goddess Saraswati, who is the deity of knowledge, wisdom, and learning. It is often chanted to enhance one’s creativity and intelligence.
Shrim (or Shreem): This mantra is associated with the goddess Lakshmi, the deity of wealth and prosperity. It is chanted to attract abundance and prosperity into one’s life.
